Talent Assessment Expert Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Assessment Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative talent assessment solutions that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychometrics and AI application projects. You will work closely with our R&D teams across India, London, and Paris in a multicultural and agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimise psychometric processes and data analysis. Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate in reviewing translations. Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments. Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards. Skills and Qualifications: Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering. Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation. Excellent English communication.
