The Global Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent to meet the firm's staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment requirements, managing job postings, conducting candidate assessments and interviews, and building a diverse global talent pipeline. This role requires effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful hiring of qualified professionals.QualificationsProficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesSkills in recruitment strategy development and diversity hiring practicesStrong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skillsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in law firm recruitment or legal industry knowledge is a plus
