Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage new project implementations from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback, assign tasks to appropriate teams, set project milestones and timelines, and provide clients with regular progress updates. Keep clients updated on progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication and timely updates on project status.
  • Collaborate with US and India-based teams to coordinate project efforts, ensuring smooth execution across regions.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, tracking progress, managing risks, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.


Requirements


  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Deep understanding of developing and reporting on RCM Success Metrics
  • Proven success in managing projects for US-based clients, with a deep understanding of their expectations and workflows.Experience managing projects for US-based clients, with a strong understanding of their expectations and workflows.
  • Familiarity with US-based healthcare regulations, processes, or systems is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational, time management and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Monday, Zoho Projects, Trello, or similar platforms, with the ability to leverage these tools for project tracking and coordination.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Health Information Management (HIM), or other healthcare systems.
  • Exposure to the healthcare revenue cycle, including medical coding and billing, is a significant advantage.
