Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and the agency, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client goals.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams and the client.
- Provide regular performance reports, data analytics insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Oversee content creation, design projects, and video production to align with client expectations.
- Coordinate with senior-level professionals (e.g., directors, doctors) with professionalism and maturity.
- Identify and resolve potential issues proactively, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 –10 years of managing large-scale clients in a digital marketing role.
- Skills: Expertise in digital marketing strategies, content creation, data analytics, reporting, design, and video production.
- Leadership: Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage teams effectively.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, video editing software).
Additional Attributes:
- Previous experience working with healthcare, education, or large corporations is a plus.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment.
