Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Design Execution
Assist in creating visual materials such as logos, marketing collateral, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and presentations.
Learn to use typography, layout, and color theory effectively to enhance visual appeal and readability.
Assist in editing and retouching images for use in various design projects.
Project Support
Execute design tasks as assigned by senior designers or team leads, ensuring adherence to project timelines and requirements.
Organize and maintain design files and assets to facilitate efficient workflow and project collaboration.
Software Proficiency
Develop proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and possibly other tools like Sketch or Figma.
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required for the job.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, marketers, and other team members to contribute to cohesive design solutions.
Receive feedback on designs and implement changes as necessary to improve quality and meet project goals.
Occasionally interact with clients or internal stakeholders under supervision to understand design requirements and objectives.
Learning and Development
Continuously improve design skills through self-learning, training programs, and mentorship from senior team members.
Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and best practices to apply them in design work.
Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, and layout.
Basic proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
Demonstrated creative ability with a passion for design and visual storytelling.
Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team.
Strong attention to detail in executing design tasks and implementing feedback.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
