Business Development RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative at Aonxi Inc., you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads from the US B2B market through outbound calls.Making 100+ outbound calls daily to small businesses across the US.Generating 3–5 fresh qualified leads every day.Communicating our value proposition clearly and professionally.Identifying prospects, qualifying them, and booking demo appointments.Maintaining accurate call logs, lead information, and follow-ups in CRM.Meeting weekly and monthly performance targets.The ideal candidate will have experience working in the US market (B2B preferred), excellent English communication skills, and previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation. They must be comfortable making high-volume calls daily, self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with a stable internet connection and a noise-free workspace.In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and maximize results.
