Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the HR strategy in alignment with business direction.Develop and implement HR policies and practices that foster a positive work environment aligned with local laws and regulations.Promote an organizational culture that supports the overall HR strategy and company values.Formulate and lead performance management and rewards, learning and development, talent management, and operations as per business requirements.Institutionalize a performance culture by focusing on goal setting, timely performance reviews, and feedback.Ensure that the Local HR team adheres to the Performance Management Cycle and timelines.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:15-25 years of experience across HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.Proven exposure to educational, research, or global academic environments is a plus.Excellent communication, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance, especially in multi-location and cross-border contexts.Self-driven, agile, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup-like environment.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
