Senior Financial StrategistThe Senior Financial Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through informed financial decisions. This position involves analyzing complex financial data, crafting comprehensive reports, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Closely collaborating with finance, accounting, and leadership teams ensures seamless integration of strategic initiatives across the organization.Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Develop and deliver quarterly financial reports highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting strategies for optimization.Maintain open communication channels with management to ensure timely implementation of financial recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & ReportingLead the development of annual budgets and multi-year financial forecasts to inform strategic planning.Monitor budget variances and provide detailed explanations for deviations from projected targets.Support scenario planning and financial modeling exercises to assess risk and opportunities.Budgeting & ForecastingCreate and maintain sophisticated financial models using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.Analyze data trends and offer recommendations to improve business efficiency and drive revenue growth.Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions.Data Modeling & InsightsFoster collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather essential financial inputs for strategic initiatives.Provide expert analytical support for major projects, investments, and regulatory compliance efforts.Review and analyze financial performance of departments and product lines to identify areas for improvement.Business SupportEvaluate financial practices to ensure alignment with GAAP and company policies.Prepare accurate and well-organized documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.Maintain meticulous financial records and ensure seamless reporting processes.Compliance & DocumentationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and forecasting, including knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools.Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.Superior communication and presentation abilities to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
