Job Title: Senior Corporate LiaisonCORPORATE RELATIONS & INDUSTRY OUTREACHWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to establish and foster corporate relationships, drive placement initiatives, and create opportunities for full-time positions and summer internships.The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of experience in a similar capacity within the Higher Education Industry, showcasing expertise in sales, strategy, business school placements, and exceptional organizational skills.This role involves generating leads, building networks, managing databases, nurturing campus relations, and executing corporate outreach and recruitment processes. The selected candidate should be proactive, enthusiastic, and possess strong analytical skills.Create data, discover new companies, reach out to companies for internships, final placement, and other engagement activitiesNetwork with senior professionals like CHROs, functional leaders, CXOs, and create placement opportunitiesMaintain a database of corporates/placement POCs/CXOs/CHROsNurture campus relations with prospective recruiters while upholding high standards of professionalismConvert new accounts through structured outreach and meet individual targetsPlan and engage with corporates for campus engagement activities like leadership talks, live projects, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, etc.Develop and execute corporate outreach and campus recruitment process for full-time positions and summer internships
