Job Title: Senior Legal CounselOverview:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal advice on Procurement contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management.This role is ideal for an expert in Corporate and Commercial Laws with extensive experience handling contract review and negotiation as in-house counsel. If you have a strong background in Indian and International laws and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Draft, negotiate, and manage IT/software licensing agreements, MSAs, EULAs, NDAs, Statements of Work, and Intercompany agreementsProvide general advisory services on contractual, commercial, operational risks and exposures in contractsNegotiate contract terms and conditions, leading Contract Management activities and advising various functions within the organizationSupport ongoing CLM tool activities, participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and advisors during the contracting processParticipate in internal projects, share best practices with the team, and lead by exampleRequirements:LLB degree with at least 3 years' work experience as in-house counsel in an MNC CompanyExpertise in Corporate and Commercial Laws (Company law, Labor Laws, Competition Act)Strong understanding of Indian and International laws, with a focus on contract managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
