We are a growing real estate development company based in Bangalore. We are passionate about building premium housing plots, luxury villas, spacious apartments, and managed farm plots. We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to be a key part of our founding team and help shape the culture and future of our organization.
About the Role:
As our HR Manager, you will play a critical role in building the foundation of our team. You’ll lead recruitment efforts for our founding team, establish HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance, and foster a workplace culture that aligns with the founders' vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard the founding team.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Design initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance organizational culture.
- Provide support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges creatively and effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up-like environment.
- Based in Bangalore, with availability to work from our office in Whitefield.
