Originating mandates involves building relationships with corporates and investors, ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing transaction execution.Key Responsibilities:Developing investor relations to enhance shareholder value and market presence.Guiding a dedicated ECM team to execute transactions effectively.Essential qualifications include strong knowledge of capital markets, financial modeling and valuation basics. A minimum of 15 years of experience in Investment Banking/ECM is required.
