Profitability and Cost Management Expert RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and support profitability and cost allocation models. This role partners closely with finance and IT teams to deliver accurate insights that support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Design and configure profitability and cost management models, including rule sets, drivers, allocations, and model views.Translate business requirements into scalable allocation and profitability models.Manage metadata, POV setup, and model structure within the system.Build and optimize integrations using data tools.Validate model outputs and ensure data accuracy and traceability.Create and support reporting, dashboards, and allocation traceability analysis.Troubleshoot model issues, data loads, and performance problems.Maintain documentation, governance processes, and production support.Required Skills and Qualifications:3–8+ years of experience with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) or similar systems.Strong understanding of cost allocations, drivers, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.Proficiency in EPM Cloud tools such as Data Management and Smart View.Experience integrating PCM with ERP/GL or data warehouses.Ability to interpret allocation results and partner effectively with finance teams.Preferred Skills:Experience with EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, or other EPM Cloud modules.Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, or scripting languages.EPM Cloud certification(s) a plus.Soft Skills:Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to explain complex logic to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
