Are you an expert in SAP Controlling? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Controlling processes. As a SAP CO Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing Controlling processes across S/4HANA environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Delivery:Lead end-to-end design of SAP S/4HANA CO processes including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) / Margin AnalysisTranslate business requirements into scalable system solutions and detailed functional specificationsDrive Fit-to-Standard and Fit/Gap workshops for the CO scopeDefine and maintain the global CO template ensuring consistency across regions and business unitsConfiguration & Integration:Configure SAP S/4HANA CO components such as Universal Journal–based CO integration, Cost elements, allocations, assessments, settlements, Reporting structures and value flowsLead configuration for Product Costing (Standard/Actual Costing), Material Ledger, Cost Object ControllingEnsure robust integration with FI, MM, PP, SD, PM, and other S/4HANA modulesProject Leadership:Act as the primary CO Workstream Lead for S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and upgradesProvide functional specifications for RICEFW objects and support development, testing, and validationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end financial and operational flowsGuide global stakeholders, conduct training, and support change management activitiesRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP COMinimum 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations as a CO LeadStrong expertise in Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing (Material Ledger, Actual Costing)Internal Orders & Project Controlling, CO-PA / Margin AnalysisDeep understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), SAP Fiori apps, S/4HANA simplification itemsPreferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA Finance or CO certificationExperience with SAP Activate methodologyBackground in global template design and multi-country rollouts
