This is a field sales role that requires direct interaction with potential customers at their homes, educating them about solar solutions, conducting site assessments, and closing deals.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are good at building relationships, and are excited about sustainability and clean tech, we’d love to meet youKey ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion & Customer Interaction:Visit customer homes and conduct detailed consultations based on qualified leads shared by the company.Educate customers on solar energy, benefits, and ROI calculations in a simple, compelling manner.Understand the customer’s electricity consumption patterns and requirements to suggest the most suitable solar solutions.Build long-term relationships with homeowners to establish trust and credibility.Site Assessments:Conduct physical site surveys to assess roof condition, area availability, and other technical feasibility aspects.Coordinate with internal teams for remote site evaluation or drone surveys where applicable.Sales Closure:Prepare and present customized proposals and financial analysis.Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective customers.Follow up with leads regularly to drive closures and meet monthly sales targets.Cross-functional Coordination:Work closely with design, installation, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless post-sale execution.Update the CRM system regularly with lead status, visit notes, and sales progress.Reporting & Reviews:Maintain accurate records of daily meetings, pipeline status, and closures.Attend daily/weekly sales reviews and training sessions with team managers.Key RequirementsEducation: Graduate (any discipline). Technical background (Diploma/BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) is a plus.Experience: 1–5 years in B2C field sales, real estate, insurance, fintech, or telecom sales. Prior solar experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Skills:Strong communication and persuasion skills in regional/local language & Hindi/English.Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.Customer-centric approach with a focus on problem-solving and consultative selling.Proficiency in using CRM apps and Google Sheets or Excel.Other Requirements:Two-wheeler and valid driving license is a must.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Must own a Android phone with internet access.Regional language proficiency is mandatoryWhat We OfferCompetitive fixed salary with attractive performance-based incentives (salary range up to ₹6.5 LPA max)Best-in-class onboarding and sales trainingOpportunity to work in the booming clean energy sectorFast-track growth for high performersWorking Days: 6 working days (Tuesday to Sunday) — Monday fixed weekly off
