Many businesses outsource their Customer Care activity to Syrow, our 24/7 Support ensures that their Customers are always taken care of. We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team at Syrow. Candidates will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, meeting with clients on-site and achieving sales targets through direct, face-to-face interaction. Also, the Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential Customers through various channels and creating a pipeline of qualified leads. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products or services and excellent interpersonal skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting and qualifying new business leads through web research, calls, emails, and networkingVisit potential and existing customers to present and promote products/services.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clientsCollaborating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concernsMeeting or exceeding sales targets and goalsKeeping accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM systemTrack sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure client acquisition goals are metRequirementsProven experience in field sales, direct sales or a similar customer-facing role.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient with CRM and sales toolsStrong time management skills
