We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our postgraduate programs, bringing a wealth of experience and strategic vision.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Provide innovative direction for the PGDM/MBA programs, aligning with institutional goals and driving curriculum and pedagogy improvements.Academic Governance: Oversee academic operations, including curriculum development, assessment strategies, accreditation, and adherence to academic standards.Faculty Development: Lead and mentor faculty members, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting faculty growth.Student Experience Enhancement: Improve learning outcomes, professional development, placement opportunities, and overall student engagement.Industry Partnerships: Build strong relationships with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and enhance student employability.Admissions and Enrollment Strategies: Work closely with admissions team to develop recruitment strategies and improve student enrollment.Resource Optimization: Oversee program budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial health.Audit Compliance: Ensure programs meet regulatory and accreditation requirements (AICTE, NBA, NAAC) and comply with policies.Marketing and Outreach Initiatives: Develop strategies to promote PGDM/MBA programs through partnerships with institutions, alumni, and corporate networks.Requirements:Pursuing Ph.D. in Management or related fields; MBA/PGDM with substantial experience in academic administration considered.At least 15 years of academic experience, with 5 years in leadership roles such as Director, Dean, or Head of Department.Demonstrated success in leading academic programs, managing faculty, and driving institutional growth.
