Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Copywriting:
Develop engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts, ads, website content, and email campaigns that align with our voice and strategy.
Craft concise and compelling short-form content for social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), focusing on trend-driven, conversational styles.
Performance Ad Copy:
Write high-impact copy for performance-driven ads (e.g., Facebook, Google, Instagram) that drive conversions and engagement.
Optimise content based on ad performance and audience feedback, ensuring content resonates with target demographics.
Content Production & Strategy:
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, videographers, marketing) to produce visually and contextually aligned content.
Contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content initiatives.
Brand Voice & Alignment:
Ensure that all content, regardless of format or channel, aligns with our brand voice, mission, and values.
Regularly review and refine the brand's tone of voice and messaging based on performance and audience feedback.
Trends & Insights:
Stay up-to-date with digital content trends, social media updates, and cultural shifts to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Experiment with new content formats, messaging approaches, and creative strategies to enhance audience engagement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a copywriter, content creator, or in a similar creative role with a strong portfolio.
Hands-on experience in producing content across multiple formats (text, video, images) for social media, websites, and digital ads.
Excellent command of written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to adapt your writing style to various tones, from conversational and casual to formal and professional.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and a good sense of viral content.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
A keen interest in digital marketing and content trends.
Bonus Skills (optional):
Experience with shooting and editing videos
