Construction Accounting ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Construction Accounting Manager to oversee and manage our financial accounting functions.Responsibilities of this role include:Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Preparing and analysing the monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Ensuring the monthly close is complete with all general ledger accounts reconciled and analysed, as appropriate, with variance analysis.Coordinating and facilitating the construction draw process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds for construction activities.Managing the yearly audit and tax compliance process, including ensuring all information is in complete, accurate and available for the auditors.Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.Key requirements for this position include:A CA/CPA with 8-10 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and quality of deliverables.Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.If you have a passion for construction accounting and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
