Job Title: Global IT Projects Sourcing PartnerKey Highlights:Source and identify new IT projects, clients, and technology opportunities globally.Build relationships with decision-makers to pitch services and convert leads into paid projects.Own the opportunity pipeline and ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.About the Role:This is a unique opportunity for an independent, proactive, and self-driven individual to join our team as a Global IT Projects Sourcing Partner. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and bringing new IT projects, clients, and technology opportunities to our organization.The ideal candidate has strong business acumen and understanding of the IT services ecosystem. They should be able to build long-term, trust-based partnerships and possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Opportunity Sourcing:Identify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets (UAE, India, KSA, Europe, US).Source new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, etc.Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Business Development & Client Acquisition:Build relationships with decision-makers: CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.Pitch our services and convert leads into paid projects.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs.Proposal & Bidding Support:Coordinate RFP/RFQ submission with the internal team.Provide client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team.Support proposal preparation, commercials, and negotiation.Pipeline & Account Ownership:Own the opportunities you bring until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.Market Research & Expansion:Track industry trends and new technology demands.Identify potential markets to expand our service offerings.Scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.Experience working with global markets (UAE/KSA preferred).Benefits:High Commission-Based Earning Model.Commission on RFP/RFQ/Tender Identification, Successful Bid Submissions, New Client Acquisition, Project Conversions, Staff Augmentation Placement, Project Extensions & Upsells, Renewals (performance-based).Remote & Flexible Work Model.
