Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance and shaping a people-first culture.Key Responsibilities:Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes globally, ensuring seamless transitions.Oversee holiday and sick leave monitoring, maintaining accurate records.Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable feedback to management.Payroll and Benefits Administration:Collaborate with management to ensure timely processing of payroll, bonuses, and commissions.Ensure tax details are up-to-date and correct across all regions, liaising with payroll providers to maintain compliance.Maintain and update commission structures and statements, providing clear communication to staff.Ensure employment laws and practices are followed in all operational regions (UK, Germany, US, India).Training and Development:Assist managers in creating training materials and coordinate staff training sessions.Implement a structured annual review and probationary review process.Recruitment and Freelance Resource Management:Liaise with operational managers to create job descriptions and manage candidate outreach.Vet candidates and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.Identify and onboard freelance resources as needed.Employee Relations and Performance:Be the primary point of contact for employee issues, providing support and guidance.Manage annual and probationary reviews, ensuring constructive feedback.Create organisational charts, including job titles and salary levels for all positions.Administrative and Operational Support:Maintain a register of company equipment provided to staff, ensuring proper tracking and retrieval.Help bring structure to company-wide processes, such as performance reviews and employee development programs.
