Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will provide functional support for our Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Tax.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.Analyze and resolve issues related to Chart of Accounts, Ledger and Legal Entity configurations, Subledger Accounting rules, journal creation, posting, and reconciliations, AP/AR invoices, payments, receipts, asset additions, depreciation, retirements, and adjustments, Cash Management processes, including bank statement reconciliation.Support month-end and year-end finance close activities.Perform configuration updates, such as Lookups, Tax rules, Approval rules, Bank accounts, and Payment methods.Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform impact assessments, and deliver root-cause analysis with recommended solutions.Manage Service Requests with Oracle for product issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.Requirements:Hands-on experience in supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.Strong functional knowledge across modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses, and Tax (Fusion Tax).Expertise in Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, configurations, and setups.Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Proven experience with support activities, including full ticket lifecycle management, root-cause analysis, SLA-driven support delivery.Ability to support financial close cycles, reconciliations, and cross-module issue resolution.
