ERP HeadWe are seeking a highly experienced ERP leader to join our team. As an ERP Head, you will be responsible for leading our enterprise resource planning initiatives and ensuring seamless support for financial, supply-chain, and administrative functions in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide overall leadership and governance for the existing Oracle E-Business Suite implementation and multiple SAP ECC instancesOversee day-to-day operations, change request management, and timely resolution of internal/external audit observationsEnsure 24×7 system availability, performance tuning, and compliance with regulatory standardsLead the group-wide migration and consolidation program from Oracle E-Business Suite & SAP ECC to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPDefine migration strategy, wave planning, data migration, cut-over, and hyper-careManage program budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectationsLead and mentor a high-performing team of ERP functional specialists, technical consultants, and analystsBuild capability, succession depth, and a Centre of Excellence cultureAct as the primary liaison between Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Technology teams across all entities and external system integrators/partnersDrive cross-functional process harmonization and change managementOwn vendor and partner ecosystem – Oracle, SAP, implementation partners, integration vendors, and managed service providersChampion data governance, master data management, analytics, and readiness for AI/ML initiatives on the Fusion platformEnsure robust security, controls, segregation-of-duties framework, and adherence to standards like NABH & HIPAARequirements:15+ years of progressive ERP experience with at least 3 end-to-end large-scale implementations as Program/Delivery HeadHands-on experience in one or more of Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM)Proven track record of successfully leading migration/consolidation from Oracle EBS and/or SAP to Oracle FusionDeep expertise in managing live Oracle E-Business implementations (change requests, patching, audit remediation, support) in complex multi-entity environmentsPrior experience in healthcare/hospital IT strongly preferred; candidates from pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated sectors will also be consideredStrong functional knowledge of Finance & Controlling, Procurement & Inventory, HR/Payroll, and doctor & patient accounting processesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage system integratorsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with regular exposure to C-level and clinical leadership
