Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Techno-Functional Consultant PositionThis role involves working as an expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) with over 8 years of experience in US and Canada Payroll.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of payroll processes, including setup and configuration for the US and Canada regions.Experience with Payroll elements set ups/configurations for US and Canada region is required.Candidate must have expertise in payroll (payroll process/element setup) for US and Canada region.Familiarity with US and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4/rl1/w4) is necessary.North America Taxation experience is preferred.Candidate should be proficient in writing fast formulas for payroll elements.Proficiency in BIP and OTBI development is desired.Knowledge of SDLC and JIRA is essential.HD L experience is a plus.Ability to perform Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.Payroll slip template customizations experience is beneficial.Preparation of functional required documents is expected.Gathering detailed functional requirements from the business and documenting these in functional specifications is crucial.Regression testing of RICE components is necessary.US and Canada Payroll functional experience is mandatory.Resolution of open cases/issues and troubleshooting are key responsibilities.Consulting on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts.Documentation of final specs and configuring application.Analyzing the impact of configurational changes to Payroll Fast Formulas.Involvement in stakeholders meetings to resolve priority issues.Ensuring data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries.Supporting the development and maintenance of integrations/file transfers.Providing analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.Providing experienced support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.Planning for and supporting migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts.Developing knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast Formulas.Engagement with Digital and vendor for support, as necessary.RequirementsMaster or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.Good knowledge of the Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area is mandatory.
