The collective team competence built up in the two decades in the metro business renders us capable of delivering innovative, reliable, cost-competitive Project Management solutions adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.We are seeking applications for the position of Chief Architect for PMC Service for Property Development & Miscellaneous Works in Southern Region.Missions/Main DutiesArchitectural LeadershipOversee the architectural design for metro stations, depots, ancillary buildings, public spaces, and urban integration elements.Establish and articulate the overall architectural vision and ensure design consistency throughout project phases.Lead and mentor internal architecture teams and coordinate with external design consultants.Project CoordinationCollaborate closely with engineering, planning, urban design, structural, and MEP teams to achieve holistic project solutions.Review design documents, drawings, specifications, and BIM models for accuracy and adherence to standards.Design Quality & ComplianceEnsure all architectural works comply with relevant codes, standards, and local authority requirements.Incorporate sustainability, safety, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness into all design solutions.Address and resolve design issues, technical challenges, and client feedback promptly.Stakeholder ManagementLiaise with clients, government agencies, partners, and contractors on design matters.Represent the design intent during presentations, reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.Documentation & ReportingOversee production and delivery of architectural drawings, visualizations, technical reports, and presentations.Ensure timely completion and submission of design deliverables according to project schedules.Profile/SkillsMaster's degree in architecture.Graduate in Architecture or Equivalent.More than 18 years of experience in the field.Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
