Your expertise in planning and executing paid ads on Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms is essential to achieving our marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies to drive conversions and revenue growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights and inform marketing decisionsMonitor and optimize performance dashboards, cohorts, funnels, and attribution metrics to ensure alignment with business goalsWork closely with creative teams to produce high-quality ad assets that meet brand standardsMarketplace GrowthManage marketplace listings, product pages, SEO, pricing, promotions, and AMS campaigns to maximize visibility and conversionDrive organic ranking and visibility through structured optimization of marketplace listings and contentRun marketplace ads, deals, and events to scale revenue and improve customer engagementCollaborate with operations teams to manage inventory, availability, and service level agreements (SLAs)Cross-Functional GrowthIdentify and execute new growth opportunities across channels and funnels to drive revenue growthPartner with founders to develop and execute monthly planning, forecasting, and growth reviewsDrive performance-led experiments across landing pages, content, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to optimize customer acquisition and retentionAnalyze customer insights to inform repeat rate and customer lifetime value (LTV) improvement initiatives
