Expert Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM/PCMCS) specialist to design, build, and support profitability and cost allocation models.Key Responsibilities:Design and configure PCM/PCMCS models, including rule sets, drivers, allocations, and model views.Translate business requirements into scalable allocation and profitability models.Manage metadata, POV setup, and model structure within PCMCS.Build and optimize integrations using Data Management, Data Integration, or REST APIs.Validate model outputs and ensure data accuracy and traceability.Qualifications:3–8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle PCM/PCMCS (or HPCM).Strong understanding of cost allocations, drivers, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.Proficiency in EPM Cloud tools such as Data Management, EPM Automate, and Smart View.Experience integrating PCM with ERP/GL or data warehouses.Favorable Skills:Experience with EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, or other EPM Cloud modules.Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, or Groovy scripting.Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s) a plus.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while collaborating closely with Finance and IT departments.This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
