We are expanding our team to include a Sales Growth Expert who will lead our digital sales initiatives, drive e-commerce growth, and optimize revenue channels across platforms.
Role Overview
The End-to-End Sales Growth Expert will be responsible for driving sales performance across all digital and offline touchpoints. You will craft strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, leveraging performance marketing, omnichannel sales tactics, and data-driven insights.
Leverage buyer support system as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify new e-commerce opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand reach and sales performance.
- Optimize digital sales funnels, improving conversion rates and reducing acquisition costs.
- Lead omnichannel sales initiatives—integrating online, marketplace, and retail experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and actionable improvements.
- Manage customer lifecycle strategies—retention, re-engagement, and loyalty campaigns.
- Drive performance marketing efforts (paid ads, retargeting, SEO, and affiliate programs).
- Build relationships with key accounts, vendors, and distribution partners.
Key Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience in Digital Sales, E-commerce Growth, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Optimization and Conversion Strategy.
- Experience with sales analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of Omnichannel Sales models and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, or business development.
- Experience with fashion, culture, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
