Are you a motivated and experienced professional with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture? We are looking for an exceptional US Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using job boards, , and other channels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
