Job OverviewWe are seeking a diligent and organized professional to manage our operational needs.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to resolve issues efficiently.This role involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction within set timelines.Key Responsibilities:Recognize and respond to operational and emergency situations in a timely manner.Coordinate with external partners to guarantee delivery standards are met.Develop and implement effective housekeeping standards and procedures.Maintain accurate records of inventory and consumables.Conduct regular facility checks to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.Perform monthly visits and audits at all offices to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.Optimize business costs related to electricity, transport, pantry, and housekeeping.Ensure prompt resolution of issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures.Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.Demonstrated attention to detail and process orientation.Possess a Diploma or Graduation, with an MBA holder being a plus.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive remuneration package.Note: This role requires 5-8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
