This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, performance management, and a seamless testing experience through strong coordination, documentation, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of SOP-driven operations, compliance, and audits. Proficient in MS Excel & Power Point with analytical reporting ability. Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, process-focused, and able to work in fast-paced environments. Willing to travel and comfortable with extended or weekend work when required. Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada.
