Job Title: SAP HANA DBAOur organization seeks an accomplished SAP HANA Database Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HANA systems.To succeed in this role, you must have:A strong understanding of HANA system architecture and Linux operating system.Hands-on experience with HANA Installation and Administration.Ability to perform backup maintenance using backint in Hana Studio, stop and start the HANA Database Single and Multi-tenant during Maintenance window, and install Hana 2.0 MDC end to end.Skills to upgrade DB Clients, Hana Versions from Hana 1.0 to Hana 2.0, and troubleshoot memory, CPU utilization and performance issues.Familiarity with HANA Monitoring using Hana Studio by acting on Alerts, applying licenses for HANA systems, audit log management, enable traces for performance analysis, and creation of users and giving roles to that users.Responsibilities include troubleshooting backup recovery and point in time recovery for both MDC and Non-MDC systems, parameter configuration changes in HANA, problem management, root cause analysis, installation, patching, and upgrade activities, performance monitoring and tuning, backup and restore, disaster recovery setup, providing technical expertise and support, and knowledge transfer within the team.The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, supervising juniors and trainees and performing tasks with minimal supervision.
