Job Summary:As a SAP HANA DBA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HANA systems. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the database, ensuring high availability and performance.This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong technical skills and expertise in HANA system architecture, Linux operating system, and database administration.The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HANA system architecture, knowledge on Linux operating system, and experience in HANA installation and administration, backup maintenance using backint in HANA Studio, and other related tasks.Perform DB client upgradeHana version upgrade from Hana 1.0 to Hana 2.0Hana monitoring using Hana Studio by acting on alertsApplying licenses for HANA systemsAudit log managementEnabling traces for performance analysisPerforming system health checksCreation of usersGiving roles to usersTroubleshooting backup, memory, CPU utilization and performance issuesParameter configuration changes in HANAPerforming backup recovery and point in time recovery for both MDC and Non-MDC systemsTroubleshooting HANA database issues by analyzing trace filesHandling P1 and P2 related incidentsProviding timely solutionsIn addition to your technical skills, you will also be working closely with international teams, driving global knowledge transfer and documentation, conducting workshops and training courses, and supervising juniors and trainees.Join us and take advantage of this exciting opportunity to develop your career as a leading SAP HANA DBA.
