This client-facing role involves overseeing full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members.Lead discovery sessions to define business and technical requirements.Configure Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics according to client needs.Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.We are seeking professionals with 4–6 years of experience in Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics. A strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design is crucial.
