Hardware Asset Management ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Professional with hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro and HAM Workspace to manage the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle across enterprise environments.The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow's IT Asset Management suite, and the ability to design, implement, and optimize asset management processes aligned with ITIL and organizational standards.Key responsibilities include:Manage the full hardware asset lifecycle — from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal — across endpoints, datacenter, and cloud environments.Maintain accuracy and compliance in hardware asset records, ensuring data consistency across CMDB, Discovery, and HAM Pro.Drive process automation and optimization of asset tracking, assignment, and reclamation workflows.Additional responsibilities include operating and administering ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), performing model management and normalization for hardware assets, managing asset creation, catalog setup, and maintenance for seamless hardware request and fulfillment workflows, configuring and supporting HAM-related workflows, lifecycle events, and playbooks to ensure efficiency and governance, identifying and remedying data gaps in hardware inventory using Discovery, CMDB, and IntegrationHub, analyzing discrepancies between discovered and managed assets to improve inventory accuracy and compliance, establishing and maintaining data quality metrics and reconciliation rules to support audit and compliance requirements, developing and maintaining HAM/SAM operational playbooks for IT Asset Management (ITAM) operations, collaborating with Procurement, IT Operations, SAM, and CMDB teams to ensure cohesive ITAM operations, and partnering with the ServiceNow Platform team to implement enhancements and maintain platform stability.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have:Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro and HAM Workspace.Strong functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow's IT Asset Management suite.Ability to design, implement, and optimize asset management processes.With expertise in hardware asset management and IT service management, the selected candidate will drive business success by optimizing asset utilization, reducing costs, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
