Job Opportunity:We are looking for a highly skilled and organized professional to support our influencers and pipeline in a proactive and detail-oriented role. This position guarantees a minimum of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily discovery tasks for existing clients and new briefs, handling an average of 2-4 briefs per day.Identify and vet relevant creators daily, ensuring all influencers meet qualification criteria.Compile and maintain detailed records of vetted creators, including all relevant information, in spreadsheets for streamlined outreach.Automate outreach by funneling vetted influencer data through tools like Instantly.Maintain strong relationships with creators and agency contacts to foster long-term partnerships.Qualify creators for roster inclusion based on performance and compatibility.Prevent duplication by adding vetted influencers to the master outreach tracker.Required Skills and QualificationsPrior experience as an Influencer expert, preferably somebody that understands operations and latency.Familiarity with working in remote or virtual environments.Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency with web-based tools, including Google Sheets and Clickup.Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new tools and processes.BenefitsFlexible working hours - as long as tasks are completed.Fully remote: No commute or additional costs (future potential for an office).Birthday off.Wellbeing and mental health days off.A strong culture of self-development and education.A fun and youthful work environment.
