Job OverviewThis role involves producing accurate and timely financial reports, performing basic analysis, and assisting in reporting process improvement. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, collaborating with senior team members, designing and creating analysis and reports, developing forecasting databases/tools, and maintaining data accuracy and consistency.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting:Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Collaborate with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with company policies.Data Analysis:Perform basic analysis on financial data, identifying trends, variances, and key metrics.Provide insights and summaries to support decision-making by senior finance and business leaders.Support Reporting Systems:Assist in maintaining and updating financial reporting systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience – Required.Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics major - Preferred.Strong Microsoft Office skills – Required.Understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics – Required.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets - Required.Business Intelligence skills – Required.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written – Required.
