Job Title: Financial SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis.Prepare and process payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations.Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assist management in decision-making.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Provide financial information to external auditors as needed.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.Benefits:US shiftSalary - 4-4.2 lpa
