We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Health & Benefits team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Bengaluru.. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Assistant Vice President / Vice President– Employee Health & BenefitsWe will count on you to:Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, providing consultative support throughout the 'Manage & Use,' 'Guide & Deploy,' and 'Adapt & Resolve' phases of the client journey.Collaborate with the global Client Managers to jointly manage Enterprise clients, while leading local client relationships.Ensure achievement of client retention, pulse, and revenue targets.Cultivate relationships with all key decision-makers at client organizations.Proactively engage with all Marsh McLennan delivery teams to ensure cohesive service delivery to clients.Manage and communicate all actions, issues, and projects through action logs, scoping documents, and regular client calls.Actively listen to clients to identify challenges and create and implement effective solutions.Serve as the internal champion for clients, owning client issues until resolution.
