Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Vice President Marketing. The Vice President Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, aligning them with Nature-Based Living's mission and values. Core responsibilities include conducting market research, devising market plans, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the organization’s public relations efforts. The role emphasizes fostering brand awareness, driving growth, and building meaningful connections with target audiences. Qualifications AI integrated marketing and CRM Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable strategies. Proficiency in Marketing Management and Marketing to develop and execute impactful campaigns aligned with organizational goals. Strong skills in Public Relations to enhance the company’s public image and foster external relationships. Strategic leadership capabilities with the ability to guide cross-functional teams. Proven experience in building and strengthening brand presence and audience engagement. Knowledge of sustainable practices and interest in ecological and regenerative community principles is a plus.
