If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for emerging trends and a knack for driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.About the RoleYour Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive business expansion.Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform growth initiatives.Collaborate with product development teams to integrate growth strategies into product roadmaps.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure ongoing growth and optimization.What You'll OwnGrowth Engine Development: Identify high-impact initiatives, develop scalable programs, and automate outreach processes to drive significant growth.Paid Acquisition: Plan budgets, launch experiments, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI.Lifecycle & Retention: Craft user journeys, build retention strategies, and optimize in-product nudges to turn signups into power users.Product-Led Growth: Spot viral loops, collaborate with engineers to ship them, and measure compounding lift.Analytics & Forecasting: Develop dashboards, cohorts, and forward-looking models to inform growth decisions.What You BringTo succeed in this role, you will need:A minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in growth or marketing, preferably in a Tier-1 startup or agency.A jaw-dropping track record in growth or marketing, with a proven ability to drive business expansion.A high-ownership, high-hustle mindset, with a strong desire to take ownership of projects and drive results.Creative horsepower and strong analytical rigor, with the ability to develop data-driven strategies.Metric fluency and comfort calculating ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other key metrics.Why This Role?Day-1 ownership: Set strategy, launch experiments, and see metrics shift in week one.Proximity to decisions: Work directly with founders; own initiatives end-to-end.High risk, very high rewards: Big bets, fast execution, steep learning curve.
