Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth for our agency. The successful candidate will be able to craft compelling pitches, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets while exceeding client expectations.In addition to a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, the ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in business development or sales within an advertising, marketing, or media agency.A strong network of industry contacts and a proven ability to close high-value deals are essential for success in this role. If you are a driven, results-oriented individual with a passion for business development, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital, ATL, BTL, and experiential marketing domains.Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency's client base and expand existing accounts.Prepare compelling business pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.Work closely with the strategy, creative, and account management teams to craft tailored solutions for client objectives.Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with agency goals and profitability.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in business development or sales within an advertising, marketing, or media agency.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and brand strategy.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strategic thinker.Preferred:Experience working with regional or multinational brands.Existing client network within the advertising and marketing industry.
