ServiceNow ITSM Developer Job OverviewThis is a 6 month extendable contract for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in ServiceNow development using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs and methods, as well as integration experience in eBonding and other tools.Responsibilities include:Gathering requirements from processes and customers, developing stories as per requirements, and delivering high-quality customizations within time limits.Creating flows, business rules, scripts, widgets, UI pages, UI scripts, and UI Macros to enhance the efficiency of our systems.Collaborating effectively with vendors and process teams to drive project success.Developing and implementing scripted REST APIs to streamline data exchange and integration.To succeed in this role, you must have:Key Skills and QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of experience in ITSM, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs and methods.Experience with integration in eBonding and other tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
