Role Description

This is an internship role for a Sales And Marketing Intern at the Bergen Group's Solar Division. As a Sales And Marketing Intern, you will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. This is a hybrid role, meaning it is based in Gurugram with flexibility for some remote work.


You will be given extensive training on sales skills as well as communication to help you maximize your incentive bonus. The role will required 2 days on-site for training and review whereas other time will be available for independent sales activity. BUILD YOUR SALES CAREER WITH OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM WHILE EARNING BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in both English, hindi and any local language
  • Experience or interest in sales, training, and sales management
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship
