This role involves designing and delivering HRSD solutions within complex, multi-stakeholder environments, working closely with HR, IT, and business teams.Role ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and deliver ServiceNow HRSD solutions across enterprise clientsTranslate HR and business requirements into scalable workflows, case management, and portal experiencesDevelop functional design artefacts including process flows, use cases, and requirements documentationWork within Agile delivery teams, participating in sprint planning and delivery ceremoniesSupport functional, integration, regression, and UAT testingEngage client stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful deliveryRequired Skills & Experience2–5+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD or enterprise workflow solutionsExperience delivering HR transformation programmes in regulated industries (banking, insurance, healthcare)Strong understanding of business process automation and enterprise application designExperience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environmentsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree requiredPega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or Pega Certified Senior Business Architect (PCSBA) certification are required.Apply now for a confidential discussion.
