Job Role: Servicenow HRSD Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pan India Must-Have Technical Comptency Experience in development and customizaton of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery(Employee Service Management) applications, including: HR Case Management HR Knowledge Management Employee Service Center (Portal) Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events) Employee Document Management Performance Analytics for HR Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs Web Services,JDBC,SFTP integration experience Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Behavioral competency Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written) Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevily Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives) Good-to-Have ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification Service Certified Application developer(CAD) certification
