Drive Growth as a Demand Generation ManagerThis is a high-impact, metrics-driven role where you will own the entire journey from awareness to paid conversion.Key Responsibilities:Lead Paid Acquisition: Develop and execute paid media campaigns targeting our ideal customer profiles across Meta, TikTok, and Google.Grow Organic Traffic: Create engaging content for consumer brands, including blogs, guides, case studies, and comparison pages.Optimize Conversion Paths: Design product-specific landing pages that drive free signups and streamline signup flows to reduce friction.Nurture Freemium Users: Build targeted email sequences to activate users, drive upgrades, and re-engage inactive free users.Track and Analyze Performance: Monitor and optimize demand gen metrics, including MQLs, PQLs, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline generated, and forecast revenue based on funnel metrics.This is a full-time remote position with competitive base pay, performance bonus, and equity.
