Senior Marketplace Associate Role OverviewWe're seeking a proactive Senior Marketplace Associate to lead our e-commerce channel, covering listings, optimization, ads, growth planning, new product development, and profit and loss management.Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of the e-commerce channel strategy, execution, and profit and loss management.Manage end-to-end listings creation, optimization, hygiene, and compliance.Drive aggressive growth, visibility, pricing optimization, and selection enhancement.Plan and optimize digital advertising campaigns to improve return on ad spend and overall sales performance.Identify & launch new products based on trends and data insights.Maintain strong relationship management with category and operations partners.Track key performance indicators, analyze competition, manage penalties, and ensure operational excellence.Requirements:3–5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.Strong skills in listing, catalog, search engine optimization, and marketplace analytics.Proven experience running and optimizing digital ad campaigns.Good understanding of pricing, inventory, selection planning, and e-commerce trends.Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and problem-solving abilities.Bonus points for:Experience working with e-commerce platforms.Knowledge of search engine marketing and pay-per-click advertising.Familiarity with Amazon or Flipkart marketplaces.
