About the RoleThis Sr. Growth Marketer role is at the center of our hard-hitting growth team in direct-to-consumer markets.You will own multiple brands, lead client communication, and drive end-to-end brand performance.Key responsibilities include running growth for multiple direct-to-consumer brands, leading client communication, owning brand performance, building full-funnel strategies, analyzing numbers, managing weekly/monthly brand reviews, coordinating with teams, driving experiments, and thinking business, not channels.To be successful, you must be comfortable being the face of the account, communicate clearly, calmly, and confidently, see numbers and instantly look for patterns, follow through always, be creative enough to shape ideas, and analytical enough to judge if they'll work.A day in this role might look like reviewing brand dashboards, messaging the team with actionables, calling a founder, spotting leaks in the funnel, coordinating with design + copy, pushing new experiments, killing what doesn't work, and asking questions to improve outcomes.We're looking for someone who can bring strategic vision and tactical execution to this role.The ideal candidate will have a passion for growing businesses and a proven track record of delivering results.
