About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (Execution Specialist) with in-depth hands-on expertise in multi-channel campaign execution and a strong focus on email marketing & automation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, managing platforms directly, and ensuring campaigns are executed with precision and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing strategies and campaign plans across B2B clients.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own the execution of email marketing campaigns – from setup and testing to deployment and reporting.
  • Build and manage automation, drip campaigns, triggered journeys, and workflows to maximize engagement.
  • Ensure email deliverability, audience segmentation, and personalization follow best practices.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs across channels to track success and identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign execution with broader client strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing execution with proven expertise in email campaign management and automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign, or similar).
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook Ads Manager, and GA4.
  • Experience creating and optimizing automation flows and triggered communications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a "get things done" attitude.
